If you are fond of swimming and spending most of your free time on the beach, then Tenerife South coast with its beautiful white and black sand beaches is the place for you.

World-famous resort areas

Tenerife South with its famous resorts Costa Adeje, La Caleta and Puerto de Santiago (next to cliffs of Los Gigantes) is well known for its high-quality accommodation, good infrastructure, clean beaches, as well as for excellent shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Lots of luxury villas and apartment houses were recently built here in order to create a perfect getaway for holidaymakers.

Quality accommodation to rent

Whether you are travelling on your own, as a couple, with family or children, Qualistay will help you find a holiday rental that suits best your specific needs. Our selection includes top-class one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses, as well as three and four bedroom luxury villas for bigger parties. Our properties are located in such popular areas as Costa Adeje, La Caleta and Puerto de Santiago. All our houses and apartments feature private or communal swimming pools, terraces, BBQs and stunning ocean or mountain views.

Great selection of beaches

Tenerife South has several large, small, “party oriented”, and secluded beaches. They have white sand, brought from the Sahara desert, or local volcanic black sand. Some of the beaches have the Blue Flag status – an award given to the selected beaches for the cleanness of water and sand, as well as excellent facilities condition. Most popular beaches in the South Tenerife are Playa Fañabe, Playa del Duque and Playa de las Americas in Costa Adeje; Playa de la Arena in Puerto de Santiago, Playa La Enramada in La Caleta and Playa de Abama in Guía de Isora. The beauty of these beaches is that they are all located within 5-15 minutes from most of our properties.

Sport and water fun activities

If you are fond of sports, you are not going to be bored in Tenerife South, as there are plenty of things to do here!

You will find tennis courts in Puerto de Santiago (just around the corner of giant cliffs Los Gigantes) and enjoy marvellous golf courses in La Caleta. Always dreamt of windsurfing, water or jet skiing? Playa de las Americas offers great opportunities for this. Love cycling? No problem either – you can rent bicycles in any of these resort areas!

Sightseeing, water tours and hiking opportunities

There are plenty of opportunities for these activities! Start by visiting the National Park El Teide, famous for its lunar landscape, rare flora and fauna and unforgettable stargazing. Love hiking? Take a tour that starts in Los Gigantes, in the South East of the island. First, enjoy these famous beautiful giant cliffs and do not forget to make photos, then take a water taxi that will bring you to the lower part of the aboriginal Masca village, and, finally, take an uphill hike to the village.

Shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities

There are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities in Tenerife South Shore. Shopping centres Siam Mall and Plaza Del Duque in Costa Adeje offer a great variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also other supermarkets, cafes and restaurants with local cuisine located in the South, including Costa Adeje, La Caleta and Puerto de Santiago. Exquisite boutiques, souvenir stalls, cafes and restaurants with live music are located along the Costa Adeje promenade.

If you are looking for a full day entertainment for your family, visit Siam Park Water Kingdom in Costa Adeje. It features many water slides for small and big! Two highlights of the park are the “Tower of Power” – a giant water slide with the inbuilt aquarium with sharks, and a “Wave Palace” – a swimming pool with the biggest artificial wave in the world. There is also a beach equipped with sun beds and sun shades, as well as various food courts and souvenir shops.
